Hey girl! I am SO excited for today’s recipe. If you’re anything like me, you’re sick and tired of all these protein treats that taste like chalk and honesty, dry as all heck! Well, do I have a treat for you! This is most delicious and moist Protein Chocolate & Banana Mini Muffin Recipe you’ll ever find! That is not an exaggeration! I had Taz (my fiancé try them and he couldn’t stop eating them!) And spoiler alert, the Tone It Up Protein I used is the BEST protein I’ve found for baking! Check it out here!

Chocolate Banana Protein Mini Muffins
The most delicious and moist Protein Chocolate & Banana Mini Muffin Recipe you’ll ever find!
Ingredients
- + 4 scoops Tone It Up Chocolate Protein
- + 3/4 cup almond flour
- + 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- + 1/4tsp. salt
- + 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- + 2 v ripe bananas, mashed
- + 3 Tbsp. avo oil (or oil of your perf.)
- + 1 egg
- + 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- + 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and in a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix well.
Spray a Tone it Up Mini Muffin Tray with oil and evenly distribute the batter among the cups! Feel free to sprinkle with nuts, choc. chips or whatever your heart desires!
Bake for 20mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean! That’s it! Enjoy!
